Better Emails and Winback Performance
New email experiences, better measurements, smarter offers
Saptarshi Nath
In July, we went back to what we do best: building models that turn purchase data into an advantage previously reserved for the biggest retailers. We designed new ways to isolate the real impact of our engagement initiatives, mapped how shoppers move between segments over time, and used performance signals from our own outreach to make every campaign smarter.
Faster, more scalable campaign-performance reporting
We strengthened the data foundation behind campaign reporting with structured recipient and attributed-transaction datasets. This supports more reliable analysis by campaign, banner, and treatment/control group, with daily refreshes and seven-day attribution. Clients also have transparency into the impact of Goodlight AI on hibernating shoppers.

Refreshed email experiences across the platform
We rolled out a refreshed email-template system across our customer programs. Nudge, shopping-list, and reactivation messages now use updated layouts, branding components, and footers that adapt to each retailer’s visual identity.

Enhanced product imagery for shopper communications
We completed another product-image processing batch, using a workflow that selects popular, marketable products, removes duplicates, adds department context, and publishes completed imagery to our databases—so shoppers receive enticing product images that encourage them to come back.
Smarter offer and coupon matching
We completed the initial offer-and-coupon matching capability, including product embeddings and message-template support to help shoppers discover relevant promotions more easily. So if you run coupons on thousands of SKUs, you can avoid bombarding a shopper with offers they don’t care about.
