The Agentic Era II: Your brand's AI social media marketer

AI agents, smarter product and offer matching

June 2026

June was a busy, busy month. Built with the support and blessings of our early customers, we started a limited pilot of Jenny—our AI agent that acts as your social media marketer. It is one of our most ambitious launches yet.

An AI social media marketer that understands your brand, creates social content, and posts on your pages

Meet Jenny—our (first) AI social media marketer, turning retailer strategy, products, and weekly offers into social content.

It supports:

  • Social strategy and content planning, including the design and copy nuances that make each banner work.

  • Creative concept development for retailer brands and shopper audiences, at scale.

  • Conversion of weekly-ad offers into polished, shareable social posts.

  • Transformation of product information into Instagrammable stories built for mobile-first engagement and stronger results.

  • Scheduling finalized posts on social media pages.

The result is a faster creative workflow that helps retailers show up consistently across social channels. The agent is already in action, helping produce acquisition assets at a pace that would be difficult to sustain manually. Human review and brand cleanup remain part of the process, giving teams the best of both worlds: AI-powered speed and creative control.

We’re excited to keep expanding what retailers can do with their existing product, offer, and customer data. We will leave you with some samples of our work.

Smarter product matching creates more relevant offers and recommendations

We’re improving how retailers’ product information is understood. We’ve added a new way to recognize when different product names refer to the same kind of item. This helps the system understand products even when stores use different names.

This creates a stronger foundation for:

  • Matching products across stores and systems.

  • Keeping product catalogs cleaner.

  • Finding relevant offers and coupons.

  • Making recommendations more useful for shoppers and retailers.

The work is rolling out banner by banner. It may sound like behind-the-scenes infrastructure, but the impact is massive: better product data should lead to more accurate, relevant shopping experiences.
